Using RE-VIVED.com Site

Security

We place great importance on the security of our customers and their personal information and so we commit to not pass your details on to any third party. Your details will be used exclusively for the processing of your order and to send you the information that you subscribe to in your account information. You can unsubscribe from our mailing list at any time via the 'My Account' area of this site. Card details are handled by the trusted Pa Point/SECPay payment services provider and details are not stored after the transaction concludes, ensuring a safe and secure online shopping experience. Placing An Order

When you’ve finished your shopping and want to go ahead and place an order, just click on ‘checkout’ under the basket on the top left of the page and go through the process below:

Step 1: Delivery Information. If you don’t want your order to be despatched to your default delivery address you can add a different address at this point. You can also choose the shipping method to suit your needs (i.e. second class, first class, first class recorded, special delivery or FedEx).

Step 2: Payment Information. If you have a promotional code enter it here to qualify for your discount. If you have earned enough Loyalty Points to qualify for a reduction on your bill it will be shown here and you can choose whether or not to redeem the points against this order. 

Step 3: Confirming Your Order. You will see the details of your order once more so that you can confirm everything is correct before the order is completed.

Step 4: Enter your card information to pay for the order.

Step 5: Order Success. You will be given an order number and informed as to the number of loyalty points earned with this order. 

You should then receive an email detailing your order and will be able to view the status of each order within the ‘My Account’ section of the website at any time. You can also download any MP3 or PDF sheet music from you order on this page. To avoid this email being placed in your junk mail by your ISP or email application, please add the address custcare@re-vived.com to your email address book. 

Setting Up An Account

If you’re new to shopping online with us you will need to set up an account.

Step 1: Click on ‘Register/Log In’ at the top of the page.

Step 2: In the ‘New Customers’ section enter your address details, contact details and your date of birth (in the format DD/MM/YYYY).

Step 3: For your login details enter your email address and then choose a password which is at least five characters. Confirm the password by entering it into the two boxes.

Step 4: If you would like to be first to hear about new releases, concerts, competitions, artists, videos and more then you should subscribe to our newsletter. The box is already ticked so you don’t  need to do anything further, but if you would prefer not to receive our email newsletter then you need to deselect the box. This is also an opportunity to let us know about you and your music preferences (worship, gospel or contemporary - you may tick more than one) so that we can be sure we’re sending you relevant information. 

Step 5: Click submit.

Once your account is created you will be sent a confirmation email. You can access and change your account details at any time by clicking on ‘My Account’ at the top right hand page of the website once you are logged in.

Changing My Account Details

You can access and change your account details any time by clicking on ‘My Account’ at the top right hand side of the website. You can change your email address and password, your subscription to our newsletter and other information and you can add new addresses for delivery or billing (you can’t delete an address if it’s the only one on your account at the time). Whenever you have made a change just click ‘submit’ for that change to be applied.

Cancelling/Changing An Order

If you wish to cancel or change an order then please contact our customer service team by emailing custcare@re-vived.com or call 0845 055 6056 (during UK office hours). Should your order already have been despatched it can be returned via the normal returns procedure.

My Account

Changing Email Address And Password

It’s very easy to change the email address or password for your account, it can all be done within the ‘My Account’ section using the link at the top right hand side of the page. 

Changing your email address: If you want to change your email address, click on ‘View or change my account information’ and type the new email address into the relevant section.

Changing your password: If you want to change your password, click on ‘change my account password’, enter the old password and then the new password, confirming it in the following box. Click ‘submit’ and your password is now changed.

What if I have forgotten my password?

It happens to us all from time to time, don’t worry if you have forgotten your password all you need to do is choose ‘Register/Log In’ at the top of the screen and click on ‘forgot your password?’. You will be asked for your email address and once you have entered it and pressed ‘submit’ you should receive an email from RE-VIVED.com giving you a new automatically-generated password. You can then log in as normal and change the password to one that is easier to remember (you will need to enter the password supplied once more before you can change to a new one).

Worship24-7.com Accounts

www.Worship24-7.com and RE-VIVED.com are both part of the ministry of same ministry. In order to make it easier for your information to be kept up to date, if you change any of your personal details on one site (including your email address and password), it will then be changed on the other. In addition to this, information on purchases will be available on both sites.

Although you can use your email address to log into both sites, your selected username will only work on Worship24-7.com (because RE-VIVED.com will only allow users to log in with an email address).

Please note that we have separate newsletters for RE-VIVED.com and Worship24-7.com, so the newsletter subscription changes will only be applied to the newsletter for the site where you change the status.

Order Status

Checking Order Status And Types Of Status

When you place an order you will be emailed with an order status, and then again when items are despatched from our warehouse.

You can also check the status of the items you have ordered by logging in then clicking on 'My Account', there will then be a summary of all your orders and you can view the status and date due of each individual item in the orders by clicking on the 'view' button.

The types of order status are:

Awaiting Despatch: Your item is due to be sent to you from our warehouse. We aim to have all orders for items in stock despatched within two working days of the order being placed.

Awaiting Stock: We are waiting to receive the item you have ordered from our supplier and we will despatch it to you as soon as the stock arrives.

Despatched: The item has been sent and, if not yet received, is on its way to you.

Pre-Ordered: The item you have ordered is not yet released in the marketplace and we will despatch it to you when it is. For over 80% of the products on our site we will have stocks before any other website or store in the UK, ensuring our customers are amongst the first to receive new albums.

Download Today: You can download this purchase today by logging into your account and clicking on ‘My Downloads’ on the top right of the screen.

Changing Status

Whenever an item status changes to 'Despatched' you will receive an email  to let you know, which will also list the status of any other pending items on order.

You can also track the status of each item ordered by going to your account area.

Promotions And Offers

Types Of Promotions And Offers

There are three types of promotions and offers on the RE-VIVED.com site:

Discounted Products: These are items that are on sale and have been reduced in price from the normal RE-VIVED.com site price (which is often already reduced from the RRP). The discounted price will be shown as a 'Sale' price in the product's description.

3 For 2: When you buy three items that are part of a 3 For 2, one of the items will be free (shown as a discount in your basket). Items that are part of this offer can be identified by the pink '3 for 2' circle on the top right of a product's image. 

Bonus Loyalty Points: Whenever you make a purchase at an RE-VIVED.com site you will earn 1 point for every pound that you spend. Some specially selected products qualify you for additional bonus points on top of the standard points you would earn. Products with additional loyalty points can be identified by the pink '+ pts' circle on the top left of a product's image.

Combination Exclusions

Please note that no special discounts, 3 for 2s, 2 for 1s, loyalty points discounts or promotional codes can be used in combination with each other. Also, please note that although standard loyalty points will be earned on orders with discounts, 3 for 2s and 2 for 1s, no bonus loyalty points can be given on items where a discount has already been awarded.

Returns And Refund Policy

Before you return a product please read the details below.

Damaged Items

In the unlikely event that an item is damaged during the delivery process, simply post it back to us using the freepost address enclosing a note containing your personal details and what the problem is. We will happily replace it with on a like for like basis.

Incorrect Orders

In the exceptionally rare event that you receive the wrong items, we would ask that you please post it back to us using the freepost address enclosing a note containing your personal details, describing the error and we will post the correct item back to you.

Unwanted Items

In order to protect the artists and ministries we represent from illegal copying we only guarantee to refund unwanted items if the wrapping/seal is unopened. If you have opened the product, or the product is not wrapped, then the right to return it is at the discretion of the customer service team in which case please send an email to custcare@re-vived.com, detailing why you wish to return the product. The cost of the agreed return will be for the sender.
