Conditions Of Sale

When you purchase any product from RE-VIVED.com you agree to be bound by the conditions set out in the Terms & Privacy section of the web site. When you purchase a product you are also agreeing to the following conditions:

- In order to serve and protect the artists and music ministry, RE-VIVED.com does not in any way support illegal copying of music. When you purchase any product from us you agree that no illegal copies will be made and the product will not be duplicated, broadcast or distributed without permission. For any MP3 downloads, you agree that these will only be used for personal use and not given to any other person or party.
- We will exchange or refund products in line with our returns policy outlined in the Help section.

Confidentiality/Privacy

Your privacy and confidentiality are of utmost importance to us and as such we commit to not pass your details on to any third party. Your details will be used exclusively for the processing of your order and to send you the information that you subscribe to in your account information. You can unsubscribe from our mailing list at any time via the 'My Account' area of this site. Card details are handled by the trusted Pay Point/SECPay payment services provider and details are not stored after the transaction concludes, ensuring a safe and secure online shopping experience. Termination Of Accounts

RE-VIVED.com reserve the right to remove the accounts of customers who:

- Are aggressive or rude to our customer care team, whether by email or phone.
- We suspect of copying and sharing resources illegally.
- We feel are misusing our services in any way.

Communication With Company

We pride ourselves in having a dedicated customer service team. We will endeavour to deal with any queries directed at us as per our Customer Promise.

Grievance Procedure

If you are unhappy with the customer service provided and would like to raise it with management please call 01323 506402 and ask to speak to the Direct Sales Manager.

Loyalty Points Administration

Loyalty points will be administered in line with the conditions laid out in the Loyalty Points section. For every full £1 spent a customer will gain 1 loyalty point which is valid for one year from it being credited. Loyalty points are calculated based on the total sale value (post any discounts or offers and excluding delivery charges). You can redeem 50 loyalty points as a £5 credit against future RE-VIVED.com online purchases.

Loyalty Points are awarded, expire and are redeemed at the discretion of RE-VIVED.com Management, and in cases of dispute the decision of RE-VIVED.com management is final.
