Beyond the Pandemic provides a Biblical perspective on the current world situation. Its urgent message is a warning that as a nation we are living in days like those of the nation of Judah, when God could no longer endure their idolatry and false teaching and the shedding of the innocent blood of children. As Judah was besieged by the armies of Babylon so are we now besieged by a new and deadly pandemic, and an economic collapse which is staring us in the face.

Clifford Hill’s sociological expertise, together with his love and knowledge of the Word of God, and in particular the writings of the Hebrew prophets, equips him to understand the significance of the dark days in which we are now living, and see how our nation of Britain has increasingly plumbed the depths of secular humanism and turned away from God, who has blessed us in former times, and saved us miraculously from certain defeat at the hands of our enemies.

The voice of God through the professing church has been silenced by increasing deception and unbelief, and by the desire to conform to the culture of a society which has turned its back on His ways revealed in the Bible. Living in these unprecedented times of global turmoil, we are seeing in our own lifetime the beginning of the “birth pains” of the times that Jesus predicted in Matthew 24:8. We see increasingly, the rebellion of the nations against God and His Messiah as predicted in Psalm 2.

The current global pandemic is a clear warning sign that the time for repentance is running out. The result of the path we have chosen is that our society is sick in ways which will bring us to destruction unless we humble ourselves and seek the only effective remedy.

As God says in Isaiah 45:22, “Turn to me and be saved, all the ends of the earth, for I am God and there is no other.” [Based on Foreword by David Noakes]
